Your Journey Home to Self-Love Begins Here
Does the idea of loving yourself feel like an option right now? Are you ready to stop pushing away the self love you deserve, to begin moving through the roadblocks you put in place for protection and survival?
A community is here to take those steps with you, to hold you as you move into the way you want your life to feel. It’s time to begin treating yourself like your best friend.
The Heart Project offers a sacred pause, a gentle, supported return to self-acceptance and the wisdom of your body. This intimate gathering creates a safe container for exploring those tender places within, transforming fear into curiosity, and resistance into gentle awakening.
Perhaps you've felt the whisper of your heart calling you deeper, even as something holds you back. Whether it's the fear of what you might find, the discomfort of vulnerability, or the unfamiliarity of putting yourself first, we honor your courage in showing up for yourself.
Through guided breathwork, mindful movement, and sacred sisterhood, you'll discover that the journey into your heart, while tender, holds profound gifts of healing and self-discovery. Here, in the company of supportive women, you'll find that the very vulnerability you fear can become your greatest strength.
The Heart Project is more than a retreat - it's a coming home to your own heart.
The Heart Project Promise
Within our sacred container, you'll discover that the very fears holding you back can transform into doorways of profound self-discovery. We promise a space where your heart can safely unfold, where your story is held with reverence, and where your journey to self-love is honored in its own unique rhythm.
You'll leave this retreat carrying not just new tools and practices, but a deeper trust in your own heart's wisdom. Through our time together, you'll experience the power of being truly seen and supported by a circle of women who understand. You'll discover that the path to self-love, while deeply personal, doesn't have to be walked alone.
Our promise is simple yet profound: Here, you get to show up exactly as you are. Your doubts, your fears, your hopes - all are welcome. In this space, you'll find that the journey home to yourself is both gentler and more powerful than you imagined.

About Carlene

Carlene is a medicine woman, transformational guide, and the visionary creator of Soulography®️. Her unique approach weaves together sacred breathwork, somatic healing, and ancient wisdom traditions to create profound spaces for personal and collective transformation.
Drawing from extensive experience in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed practices, and shamanic traditions, Carlene's work bridges the gap between ancient healing modalities and modern understanding of the body's innate wisdom. Through her role as a medicine woman, she creates ceremonial containers where participants can safely explore depths of consciousness and emerge with profound insights and healing.
As a breathwork facilitator and somatic practitioner, Carlene guides others in accessing their body's natural healing intelligence through the power of conscious breathing. Her approach to breathwork transcends traditional practices, incorporating elements of nervous system regulation, energy medicine, and ancestral wisdom to create transformative experiences that support deep healing and spiritual awakening.
Whether working one-on-one or holding ceremonial space, Carlene's presence creates an atmosphere of sacred witnessing where participants feel safe to explore their full spectrum of being. Her intuitive guidance and grounded expertise help others navigate their journey from trauma to transformation, from disconnection to embodied wisdom.
